Sales commission
A small percentage of each sale, charged only after a successful, paid transaction. List for free — you never pay to post, and you never pay if an item doesn't sell.

Frequently asked questions
When do I pay commission?
Only after a successful, paid sale. Commission is deducted automatically from the order amount when payment settles — there is no charge for listing an item.
Do I pay anything if my item doesn't sell?
No. Listing is free and commission only applies to completed, paid sales. If nothing sells, you pay nothing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you've paid for. Manage this on the Plans page.
How long do withdrawals take?
Wallet withdrawals to M-Pesa are typically processed quickly after approval. The minimum withdrawal is KES 100. Exact fee figures are being finalised and will appear in the Payments & Withdrawals section above.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Every fee SOKONI charges is listed on this page. Where a figure is still being finalised we mark it "confirming" rather than show a number we can't yet stand behind.
How are refunds handled?
When an order is refunded, the commission charged on it is reversed too — you are not left paying commission on a sale that didn't complete.
